The objective of the redesign was to restructure the current Square Space website layout and product flow with a clean and engaging online store design highlighting the client’s stunningly beautiful paintings.

The redesign included a new logo, color palette, photography, content hierarchy and page layout. We also added an “about” section that highlights Richard Runfola’s personal story and artistic background as well as his credentials as an artist.

We wanted to create a more user-friendly experience on all mobile devices as well as desktop computers, so we optimized all images for faster loading times and increased responsiveness across devices.

We also implemented SEO best practices so that the site would be more visible in search engine results pages (SERPs).  We optimized each page for search engines by including relevant keywords in the title tag, meta description and heading tags throughout each page on the site. This helps Google find your site when people search for art painters in Buffalo, NY. We also created 301 redirects from any old URLs to new ones so that all links go directly to their new home pages without any broken links appearing in search results which would negatively impact your rankings.
